After check-in, wait time to see the doctor was not long at all. Staff at check-in and check-out were efficient and helpful. Medical staff (nurse & doctor) were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what was being done. They also answered any questions that I asked them.

Was called promptly to an examination room. The nurse immediately appeared to take necessary information and within moments the doctor came in the conduct the exam and take the necessary action. The treatments I’ve received at this clinic have been consistently helpful and exceeded expectations.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that computer tablets were used to check in. The check-in process was quite painless. I also liked that my prescription was sent in by the facility instead of me having to do it.
Dr. Remero and the entire staff have been outstanding. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Remero for 15 years. My only complaint is the new billing process requiring upfront payment. Since I use an HSA account this causes complications, but they have not made adjustments with their billing to accommodate such patients.

The wait was long(1/2hour) but Dr Haynie is very personable and efficient. She checked my mom over thoroughly then treated some precancerous lesions.

They are always prompt to call you into the examine room and very professional. Dr. Heard is very good in his diagnosis and easy to speak to and listens to your questions. He never makes you feel like he needs to rush to see another patient
