Terrible operation. Watch out for bills for procedures they do not announce while with patients. They’ll hit you with ridiculous charges post appointment. 1st and last visit.
Some of the staff are great, but there are a handful of people who work there that are incredibly incompetent. They don’t want to help you. Be cautious when visiting. You can get much better service elsewhere.
Dr. Robinson is amazing! She actually sits down and listens to your concerns instead of dismissing them. Very refreshing and my skin has never looked better!
This place is the best! Dr. Meyer Horn and Dr. Karen Horn are wonderful doctors and their staff is top-notch. Their facilities and skincare store are great too. If you have any skin issues, this is the place to go.
