It is nearly impossible to speak to a real person by phone at this office. I tried to send two messages by portal only for it to say that when you were retrieving the message something went wrong. I then spent about 1 hour on hold to finally speak to Toni to leave a message.

I saw Dr. Addington and her Nurse Practitioner, Chelsea Lewis. The care I received from them was great but dealing with the office staff has been the worst experience I’ve had in the medical field. Best doctors office ever! All of the staff are excellent! Dr. Bajaj has been my doctor since 2008. I drive 50 miles to go to him and will continue to do that because of his excellent care and the excellent service in that office.
The Doctors for the most part are great. The one office lady who called me to reschedule my appointment was a bit rude and condescending but I understand they are very busy with patients . And I have kids and wife appointments to tend to so i know it’s frustrating having to reschedule a patient a lot . They have been good to me though !
