Do not use this lab. There is no quality control . Same test repeated later was negative. Bills arrive a year later with no customer service.. Do yourself a favor and use a different lab
After spending $423. for this test, I called the lab to explain something…their response was that i am on my own….and find a doctor to explain what ever question i have….they do nothing to help. These test results have done nothing to help me. Waste of money.
I use the GI map test with most of my patients and love the test panel. It’s changed my health and the health of my patients.

Ordered a test kit on 1-31. Am not going to receive the kit until 2-9. Really? How about contacting individuals to let them know you are behind. If someone needs a test, they can’t wait 4 weeks to get it done!

I called to ask for the status of my labs and they were polite and very helpful in telling me when they would be completed. I asked for a copy and sent in the release form and I had my results in the mail 3 business days later. They are on top of it! Highly Recommended!

I’ve been using this company for 3 years now on all my patients. I’ve had nothing but excellent results from these findings. They even provide a learners guide to teach you about the findings. Every now and again something goes wrong with the order/shipping process but is always rectified immediately.
