VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND A RIP OFF ARTIST… So if you ever rent a dumpster from this company make sure you take pics of what you put in it and have a good idea of what the weight is before it leaves your property because if you don’t this company will over charge your credit card for over the limit weight of waste.
Diamond Waste has poor work ethics and is unprofessional. When they want to get paid, they hunt you down. When they owe a refund, they ignore all your emails and make excuses when you call. We will never use them again for our disposal needs.

Always had to send multiple emails to Philip in order to get a simple trash pick up. Received a letter dated 12/30/21 that they would no longer service our account effective 1/1/22. Yes, two days’ notice. How unprofessional. I guess it’s a good thing we already had a new company that we have been using for a while, lol!
