They delivered 3 empty tanks and I almost suffered another heart attack. No apology. Service is mediocre at best and customer service by clerks poor. If at all possible use another company. Dick’s has very poor , old and outdated equipment. When they deliver!
Dick’s Homecare in Altoona has been a huge help in getting equipment for my aging parents. They were very helpful in showing us different options and were even able to deliver the same day! Great experience! Highly recommend!

My prescription for my breast pump went to Dick’s home care. They delivered it as soon as possible. The delivery driver was amazing. I have a new baby so I have signs on my door to not knock so people don’t wake my newborn. He called me instead of knocking which a lot of people don’t do! Very happy with my experience.
They should get no stars in my opinion, if I could sum up there business with one word it would be incompetent. I’m not even a client or anything and the manager showed me there true color when a delivery van was delivering to my neighbors …
Had the chair life installed for my parents. When we bought it they tell you it has a life time warranty. But they neglect to tell you that you have to have it serviced every year that comes as a $110 charge and when it needed repaired after less then a year what needed repaired was not covered under the warranty. Very misleading.
