I need refill my prescription but they never pick up the phone, cannot even leave a message. Have tried few days but still cannot get through to the line.
0 Stars if i could. Staff is terrible, 1 job to do and can’t even do that well. Probably because the don’t care about the patients and their time. The doctors are worse, they don’t listen and want to just schedule you in to make their money, more patients more money. Very sad, stay away!

Extremely disorganized office, scheduling, and billing. Nothing wrong with the doctor, but I ended up switching my provider simply because of how difficult it was to work with the scheduling and billing staff. Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere for a GI doctor.
They used to be good (the scheduling) – now they don’t return messages or call when the next procedure will be done. I had to find out from an automated call from Torrance Memorial and the procedure is in three days. They’re all nice – just disorganized now.
