Horrible service frustrating very slow even if you pay the upgrade you will not notice the difference. Weekends, nights. Many times I have to go to Starbucks in Cleburne or in Burleson to finish my homework.

The cost as well as the $200 instillation fee are a joke for the speed. I screwed up and I’m in a year contract without doing the research before buying. Get another service. They don’t deserve the business.
This company is the biggest joke over priced an works half the time. Its very slow an takes forever to download games on the ps4. Paying a extra 25 bucks a month an for what I don’t know. This company is a rip off!
I’ve been with Digitex over 6 years and the customer service has always been excellent. The price is reasonable and we are able to stream video on multiple TVs with no problem.

I just signed up with them in Nov 2021 and for one week everything worked great. Now I watch a streaming show, it stops and buffer every 30 to 40 seconds. And the install tech left trash and wire clippings all over my living area and outside.
