Horrible business. Their equipment is unreliable, their customer service is wretched and they won’t let you out of your contract without robbing your wallet. Save yourself money and stress and go with someone else.
Dish drops Altitude. I’ll be gone if it doesn’t come back soon. Just dropped to their base package for now. Only reason I payed for the extra channels was for altitude. Now I’m hanging on a little while longer to see if they get altitude back?
