Girl on the emergency line is flat out rude, wish Dixie still had it, was such a better company, all I can say is if you need gas when your on the automatic plan and they haven’t delivered definitely don’t call the emergency line
Dixie oil and gas was great. Quarlea, this far is the worse. Despite being a paying customer for years, no oil for the past week, with no guarantee of delivery this week, and temps in the 30s.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Dixie gas and oil never did me wrong but when Quarles took over it went down the tube. As much as I love staying on hold for an hour and twenty minutes just to be hung up on, I will be seeking another gas company.
We would NOT recommend Dixie Gas. After being their customer for 10+ years, we have switched companies. Dixie is charging customers $150.00 to empty the returned tank whether it is full or almost empty. With ours not being full, we …
We have been without oil for our 5th day now and have called several times just to be told someone would call us and come fill the tank. Despite having two little boys and temps in the 20s, we have heard nothing.
