It takes calling five days before payment is due to get ahold and still sometimes late on payment due to them not answering their phone moving on to founders credit union
Five dollar maintenance fee for a savings account, that’s absurd. Every other credit union’s savings account doesn’t have a maintenance fee, hence the word savings. Closing my account and moving on so that I can save and not be charged for doing so.

Took in old money to be exchanged…the teller went to a higher up to see if that could be done….was told she could but verify that the bills not counterfeit…once she did another rude cold lady comes out and states she not exchanging …
