Very uncaring staff. Got kicked out because “we weren’t getting anywhere” so rather than trying to help they decided I was someone else’s problem even though I had gone to there people for HELP but when I needed help the most was kicked to the curb.

I have been using DMC for my primary care for years. Dr. Egenolf is wonderful and always does everything she can for me. I have never had any issues with billing or appointments. Plus they have different departments so referrals for things like sleep studies is easy and painless.
The staff have always been friendly, but you can tell they’re stressed and understaffed. Multiple people in the waiting area went to the receptionist (including myself) to address the long wait time (30-40 minutes). I don’t think I’ll be going back.
