  16. If you have something you can diagnose yourself, like strep, bronchitis or a sinus infection, but need a doc to get antibiotics–this is your place. If you have anything with an organ or head injury, do not waste your time; seek a specialist. Most of the nurses and docs are nice. Convenient late hours.

Patients that make any formal legitimate complaints are treated poorly, reprimanded and their concerns are dismissed. Very poorly run and has gotten too big to handle care properly.

  137. I have been using DMC for my primary care for years. Dr. Egenolf is wonderful and always does everything she can for me. I have never had any issues with billing or appointments. Plus they have different departments so referrals for things like sleep studies is easy and painless.
