I have had a poor experience with customer service. I have an auto loan. When setting up my payments, the Advocate was just rude. Each visit to pay my payment, Advocates are rude.
I have been a member here for about 5 years. I am on my third auto loan, I have a DNFCU credit card and recently moved my home mortgage here as well. I have always had good experience with everyone I have interacted with and I appreciate their business methods and loan policies. They have been great to work with.
