Waited 3 hrs – 8:30pm until 11:30pm and was never seen by a Doctor !!! Told that ER that evening had only 1 Doctor on duty and he was doing best he could. ER waiting room only had 3 persons when I arrived. Left and went to urgent care next morning

It started out rough. If I wasn’t a strong woman, I think things may have turned out differently. It took a LOT of convincing to make my Dr. believe in what I was saying. But when he did, he was changed to a compassionate Doctor.
Everyone there was absolutely wonderful! They were quick, friendly, and explained everything. I went in at 1am and was out by 2am. They listened to all my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. Definitely wonderful place for an emergency.
They should tell you it $2500 for a visit. At least that way you know. I would’ve waited if I knew that. Plus they prescribed me something my insurance doesn’t cover, so now I have a $125 bill here too. Now it’s cost me almost $2700 for an earache. Thanks you guys really care about the people.
