  1. Very efficient. Arrived and paperwork was signed and I was sent up to imaging right away. I barely sat down when I was greeted and brought to the back. I had several tests to run and was moved from one test to the next with no wait time. The staff was very friendly and explained each aspect of tests. Great place to go!

  2. Professional and kind. I brought my almost two year old. The receptionist was lovely, patient and super helpful. The X-ray tech was so kind, gentle and understanding. I hope I don’t have to go for an X-ray BUT if I do, I would 100% go back to them.

  5. Every time I need a procedure done (x-rays, mammogram, etc) I always use Doctors Imaging on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie at Independence Mall. They are very respectful, speedy and the place is always clean. They usually get you an appointment as soon as you want. I would not go any where else

  27. Staff was great. Very professional and courteous. One problem and not blaming in staff, but the button to open the automatic door was broken and there is an incline to get in the door so it was very awkward to get in the door with someone in a wheelchair. This was an isolated incident and the staff responded promptly after reported.

  28. It was freezing cold in there. I had to go out to the car and get a blanket for my mother. Also, from a risk management perspective, the angle of the ramp is steep and pebble that are slippery. I highly recommend STAT pressure washing of the ramp and sidewalk. Overall organized and professional.

  30. My experience at Dr,’s Imaging was excellent but then over the years it has always been that way. Everyone was friendly, efficient, informative , kind.and professional. My procedure was scheduled for 11AM, I was taken earlier and was finished shortly after 10AM. Could not have asked for a better experience.
