Terrible quality water. Not sanitized! Very hard water with lots of sediments. Customer service is awful, rude, unprofessional.
You’d think an E COLI CONTAMINATION in a water source company gets an urgent notice to all its customers…. nope, not a single notice except on an local newspaper article on Facebook.
The E. Coli in the water is getting really old really fast. A lot of people live in Doney Park because we have livestock and boiling water everyday for all of our animals is not realistic. Also a pain to boil water to wash dishes. Twice in one year is too often. Figure it out DPW.
Good water. Questionable customer service but worth the water. If you don’t like hard water this isn’t the water for you, but the minerals are good for health so It’s a worthy trade in my opinion. Also to know: The E-coli was a one-time event and has never happened since.
