Service is good but the customer service is aweful. They do not return phone calls and that includes the owner Joe. It’s like once you get service they don’t care about you anymore. Will more than likely cancel service because of there customer care!
You can’t compare to cable or any other internet service provider I can’t stream movies I click to download an app and actually have to sit and watch for the app to download it’s that slow in the year were at now this kind of service should not even be around. I wish it was possible to erase the one star

Just bought a new house and were surprised by the limited internet options in the area. DSL by air had the best rates for unlimited data. Called a few times and the phone was always picked up immediately. Hunter and John took great care of me and even worked around my scheduling error. Highly recommend these guys.
I’ve never gotten the speeds that I pay for, and It rarely works. When it is working, as soon as the clock hits 5pm it slows down to the point of pretty much being useless. I understand that high-speed internet is alot to ask for In rural Mississippi, but they shouldn’t advertise a service they can’t consistently provide.
