Extremely poor maintenance of lift stations and sewage lines.
Terrible company. Poor communication, terrible customer service and heavy handed tactics. The city needs a new servicing company. Avoid moving to areas serviced by this company.
This is the only business I deal with that penalizes you for being an autopay customer. $2.45 per payment convenience and online payment fees. Who’s convenience are you referring to??
Website is terrible, needs to be updated and “last payment amount” is pointless and is inaccurate when I look at my account statements and try to add the account. If someone else wants to log into my account and pay the bill, I’d gladly give them the account number. No reason for this “security” setting.
