Absolutely the best trash service in the area!!
Very poor service. Never at a designated time and has been forgotten at least 3 times. Want returned to pick it up. My bill is always paid to current.
Worst trash service ever. Won’t pick up all your trash even if you pay for it.
The ladies in the office seem nice but customer service overall is very poor. As a disabled person I asked if they could pick my bin up at the end of my driveway instead of me having to walk to the corner. I was advised if they did that the driver would have to backup… do they not teach that anymore?
We have used Dugger for over a year and have never had a problem with them, the office staff is very friendly and garbage service has never had a problem.
I put my trash bin 5 feet or so from the road and for some reason the guy dumps it and puts it either in the middle of my driveway, or partly in the street. Trash service should never be a problem. This is the 2nd company in town that does that and we dropped the last one because they couldn’t put it back off the road. It’s getting old.
DTS will pick up in further rural areas than where I live, but wont service just down the road where they have to turn around anyway. Makes absolutely no sense since they have to pass by my location. They will drive far out of Mountain …
