DMG has gone to trash since the Duly Takeover. Sub-par service and horrible medical care. Duly operates unethically and has the worst billing department I have ever seen. Patients constantly go into collections due to DMG not paying hospital and emergency bills.

This is not a place that is convenient for a Patient. 2-3 hour waits for family doctor, 1-2 hours to schedule or cancel an appointment by phone, it’s so obvious that they have way more patients than they are capable of supporting at the moment.
