Eagleville Hospital Reviews ( 83 )

  1. Bad experience. I wasn’t even addict, i was doing a schizophrenic episode. No diagnosis, no follow up, no meds. And i can’t even get my medical records. Hated it, and didn’t help me at all. Plus nurses and doctors are mean there. And of course food was bad.

  2. THEY STOLE MY ID ! Probably a guy jerking off to it right now. Dont go here!!! Or a fraudulent business is going on inside. Absolutely terrible never seen something like it. ZERO STARS

  3. THE ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE!DON’T BELIEVE THEIR HOME PAGE CONCERNING THEIR PROGRAMS!THEY DO NOTHING BUT RAPE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY….I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A JACK RABBIT!I WAS AND AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN EAGLEVILLE HOSPITAL. …

  4. Had a serious seizure during intake and became a liability and they didn’t even contact my emergency contact while I had a grand mal seizure during detox intake. Horrible place and lack of professionalism

  5. if you want drugs, go to eagleville, people are getting drugs in all the time, the hospital caught someone with drugs, and they cut out Sunday visit for a week. my daughter is in there, now she has to suffer for someone else’s problem, not fair

  7. June of 2017 i was in Arnstein. Tell that group and Ms. Margarita that brendan ottey is clean and sober today. No meetings. Not one. Tell megan (counselor) same thing!!!

  9. What can I say after 16 treatment facilities this place saved my life!!!!!the staff especially the techs were great…and yes u can find drugs at any and I do mean any rehab…it’s all about what you really want for yourself but hands down …

  10. They made me feel very comfortable. Some stuff there was very sweet thoughtful and generous.. They was very good at making you feel welcome to their hospital.. I learned a lot and learned how to love myself… I thank them so much

  11. This is the absolute worst place to send someone seeking treatment. Everyone runs around like animals while the “staff” does nothing and the environment is definitely not about recovery but rather who they can run out the door and get high with. If you’re trying to make the step in the right direction this is not the place for you!

  12. Nothing but positive. Eagleville is what you want it to be. Great staff. Caring counselors and therapists. Id give it a 5 star but im used to sleeping in a king size bed!

  13. You have to remember they are there to help. The detox there is great! Get your health back and move on in life. You dont ever have to go back. Great life being sober. Know matter what problem you have trauma help is out there just do the foot work. I know the staff in detox. Good people. Paul, n

  14. Kicked out for taking coffee out of the cafeteria twice. This place is a joke. People are dieing on fentanyl and they kick junkies out for taking a cup of coffee outside of the cafeteria door to smoke a cigarette with. If you want a rehab …

  15. Giving 2 stars is really “reaching out for KINDNESS!”
THIS PLACE WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP UR CHILD. MY SON IS 26. He was in such a desperate state, our local CRISIS center made this idiotic choice to WASTE TIME & …

  16. Worst place ever…detox was 4 days I didn’t see a doctor of any kind until I was discharge. I was withdrawing every day m I got a low methadone taper a blood pressure pill n a antihistamine so I would sleep. There where no meetings for detox and you where literally caged like animals.

  17. Worst Detox ever! Made me wait almost 2 days to get medications! 6 woman to a bathroom! It was horrible and I was supposed to stay after detox it didn’t happen!!! People were selling cigs for$3, each and selling there meds!! What a joke this place was

  18. I personally really liked it here at Eagleville. It is very recovery oriented and comfortable, safe, plus the foods great. My mother and father also met here and I was a product of this place lol but overall i left the tools i needed to stay clean.

  19. This so called treatment center is the worst I have ever experienced. If you drive yourself they will search your vehicle ans steal your property if they find something they like. Eagleville hospital doesn’t deserve even the one star.

  20. This is by far the worst place I have been. They do nothing all day literally. Maybe 1 group then sit in your room or sit in a small day room and color these people colored all day!!! No joke so unless your cool with doing nothing all day all night in a hospital type setting I would not recommend at all. RUN

  21. On July 1, 2013 I was admitted to Eagleville Hospital for my heroin addiction. I arrived at 4:00pm it took till 5:00am for me to get to the Detox unit without being given anything for my withdraw symptoms. Upon my arrival a gentleman …

  22. This facility is the worst facility. If you love your family member and want them to get proper treatment DO NOT take them here. My father in law was taken there voluntarily and after only 3 days they said, Oh you can go home. …

  23. They have the worst policy for family members to get in touch with their loved ones. I have a family member who suffers from mental illness and has been in many facilities. They usually have ways to avoid violating the HIPPA laws by giving …

  24. I met some awesome people during my stay at eagleville hospital. The staff was great, and I’m proud to say I’ve stayed clean since I left. On March 16 I’ll have one year clean! If your debating on going, take the step and go! I never thought I’d be where I am today and I can’t thank the staff at eagleville enough!

  25. Great place for detox and rehab, medically managed with meds as needed. It’s difficult to stay sober, but if you work the program, and have a therapist to talk to, stay away from old contacts, and delete those phone numbers, it’s very …

  26. I may change the rating but that all depends on how the rest of the staff act during my son’s treatment. Today was only admissions for him and we had a horrible experience with one staff member. She ran around with serious attitude. We …

  27. Eagleville Hospital is a joke. They don’t return calls. You can’t seem to get a hold of anyone outside of admissions. And the only thing Admissions seems to want to do is transfer you to a machine. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT THERE FOR ANY KIND OF HELP WHATSOEVER. If I could give negative stars that’s exactly what I would do

  28. Their detox wouldn’t work on someone taking 3 Tylenol 3’s a day. It’s pathetic. But I am far too addiccted too addicted to get any help drom their pitiful detox however most of the staff are good if you survive the detox the rehab is excellent.hard place to rate

  29. Family just got discharged. Medications are all mesed up or no prescription at all. One medicine has been charged to insurance company till the 12th ..they were “sopposed” to send pt home with meds till the 22th but they didnt. …

  30. My son is missing from this place. We dropped clothes off for him on May 28. He said he would call us with visitation information. He was supposed to stay for 28 days. We haven’t heard from him and are very concerned. He was suffering …

  31. If you don’t have money or your insurance can’t cover anything. Then this place will kick you out. No one can get clean off of heroin in 4 days, and then to prescribe narcan as you’re kicking them out of the door is a great vote of …

  32. Best care I’ve EVER received in a Detox Unit! Medical staff were professional, knowledgeable, caring and sympathetic…counselors, clinicians and caseworkers exhibited the same qualities: ALL were readily accessible and willing to assist in …

  33. My daughter has been in rehab 17 times over 7 yrs. for heroin addiction and this is the 1st place she has ever agreed to stay long term. She has been there for 40 days now and is staying for 90 days, afterwards she is going to a halfway …

  34. This is an amazing facility. The amount of sobriety and recovery that walks out of this hospital every day is nothing short of impressive. Caring and compassionate professionals support and teach residents how to move forward with their …

  35. This was the only rehab I like out of the 3 rehabs I have been to . Every rehab has drama, drugs and rules so your experience at Eagleville Hospital will be great if you don’t get involved with drama and if you don’t gossip, don’t do drugs …

  36. I’ve been clean for 7 years and its all do to the care and kindness and friends i made at Eagleville. It scared me to death to get clean. But there was no pain and much patience. I owe my life to my therapist and the people that donate there time to the sickness. Thank you.

  37. I was there last July 2018 and had a good experience. My detox for alcohol was only 4 or 5 days because of my insurance Medicare. Wish I could have stayed longer because my sobriety only lasted a few mos. I am looking to get back into …

  38. I completed rehab here on 2/24/20 . i loved this facility. I was on louchiem 3 for detox & louch 2 for rehab . stayed a total of 20 days. The techs are amazing ! Treated me like a daughter . my therapist katelyn was the absolout best ! …

  39. Eagleville changed my life. Of course, every recovery is different and dependent on the individual, but everything about the rehab is great. The campus is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are all there to make a difference in …

  40. The complaints here make me laugh. It begins with the patient that must want help. You can find drugs at any rehab if you look. If you don’t go to group? or get out of bed for yourself, it is not the rehab fault. The client is actually not …

  41. After two months in the facility, I can say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Recovery is truly dependent on the individual. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. Eagleville is well equipped to deal with …

  42. I got sober in Eagleville. I left because it was very difficult being a client. Eagleville appears to only care about their bottom line. I would not recommend anyone that I care about to go there. While in detox I expressed the need to go to another place for rehab and was told that if I don’t want rehab there, I was on my own.

  43. I see a couple people here complaining about the detox, which I didn’t do myself but from what I heard it’s pretty standard detox for any rehab. If something goes wrong with the medications/timing/etc. it’s typically on the end of the …

  44. I have alot of respect for the Techs here…they really cared and showed they cared about the patients. I do feel that the doctors over medicated there patients. I was on a few medications for years and they took me off of them the second i …

  45. WELP! i was just released, phase COMPLETE 2 days ago, Monday April 3 2022. Apparently, the records dept, or the nursing dept or my counseling “team” forgot to send 1 of my meds scripts to my pharmacy. I keep getting caught between the web …

  46. This place is a joke. I’ve called 30+ times and have never received an opportunity to talk to anyone. A medical facility to where sobriety, means life or death. Should at least have an answering machine to leave a message for life changing help .

  47. Their admissions is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t even answer the phone most of the time, and the two times I managed to get through, the woman was very rude. You are better off calling anywhere else. Based off the …

  48. I would give it a no star. Place is disgusting and dirty. My daughter came home pregnant because they let the guys and girls together even though they appear to be separated. They let the former addicts be counselors. Most that are in there …

  49. Eagleville has a wonderful . Staff and food were quite good. They help me at the lowest rock bottom time in my life. I would highly recommend their service BUT the staff seems to be leaving and finding other employment. Its a shame but …

  50. This is one review that I do not feel good about writing, but I genuinely feel people should be aware (and extremely cautious) of this place, do not let the “hospital” at the end of the name fool you. I could honestly write a mini-novel …

  51. I was in the psychiatric part of eagleville two separate times because after detoxing off methadone I overdosed three times. The first time I went in I was withdrawling from methadone. The Dr would not give me any medication to help with …

  52. I had a brief episode of psychosis due to hypothermia from living in an unheated basement because of mistreatment from my ex. I found myself at Eagleville against my will. Some of the staff misgendered me (I’m trans), they stole my shoes, …

  53. Horrid facility. Rooms are never cleaned even when requested. Prisoners are treated better. Avoid at all costs. Awful food, staff rude, looked like blood was on the windows. Absolutely disgusting facility. Deserves zero stars. And don’t …

  54. I just got discharged from here and if you want understaffed, mostly uncaring staff, that will treat you wrong and not care about your stay and try to make you stay as long as you are giving them money then go here – it’s a nightmare. …

  55. If I could rate this facility with negative stars, I would. This is not the first detox I’ve been to, so to see the severe lack of professionalism and compassion was extremely disheartening. By the third day I had already resorted to …

  56. They are so difficult to communicate with. At least a dozen unreturned calls. They will eventually give one family member a phone number & email address of the patient’s assigned doctor/therapist/etc … and that’s it, just that one …

  57. This hospital was a disgrace! I dont reccomend any person to go there for recovery. My boyfriend called me to come pick him up. They kicked him out and didnt even bring him home. We live 2 hours away. Ppl was stealing his clothes while he …

  58. The reviews from my boyfriend who is currently staying there are mostly positive. However, if you have a loved one there do not expect that you will be able to get in touch with them. Releases have been signed for me but as of yet, after …

  59. I was a patient here at Eagleville May 19, 2021 – July 8, 2021 my counselor was short blonde hair Jess she was absolutely wonderful and always very cheerful some days to much for me but we all can’t be happy all of the time. Eagleville …
