  2. Booked an appointment two times and two times were cancelled shortly after. No reason for cancellation was given, neither the courtesy of following up for possible reschedule. Do not recommend.

Their online scheduling system is always messed up, I had the worst female PA I believe it was at the Springfield location, and the receptionist I had to talk to on the phone was absolutely so unhelpful. And they don’t allow you to leave the office messages with their automated system. I do not recommend!!!

  4. I’ve had nothing but great experience here. Dr. O’Reilly and her office has been nothing less than patient with my three year old son who has communication issues. We never waited more than 15 minutes!

  5. I saw Dr. Roeser after having my single-sided hearing loss dismissed by another ENT. She was able to correctly refer me for ABR and MRI testing to diagnose an acoustic neuroma. I can’t thank her enough!!
