I have been doing business with this company for along time and have never had an issue. The ladies who work in the office are always kind and polite, I enjoy talking with them each time I pay my bill.
Horrible Customer Service! People in the office have a terrible attitude! Like you are bothering them ! I wish I could change to a different water company!
They’re very rude and not helpful to say the least. The men that read the meter are more help than the woman in the office and friendlier to. I was very disappointed and have been with them for almost a year now!
Best water around. The people in the office are pleasant and helpful. The negative commenters probably don’t pay their bills on time, which is never a good idea unless you like having no water service.
If you make payments online, go back & double check that it went through- you probably want to screen shot it, too. Otherwise, you’ll owe a $40 reconnect fee plus a $5 fee to take a credit card over the phone. If there was another option for water, I’d be looking into it.
Monopolies are illegal regardless of local code. Did you know that? Class action smells good to those loyal patrons you treat unfairly when they are in need of leniency! I’ll change this review when I’m treated like a human being.

After over two years of never even a late payment our water gets shut off because my wife thought she paid the bill but hadn’t. It would be understandable if it had been a month or two behind but no, after two weeks they shut it off. Ridiculous that there wasn’t even a warning. Wish there were other options

Not sure what all the negative remarks are about but I have been with them since 2008, I have had no issues at all.
