Don’t take a loved one here cause they don’t let you know if they are alive or dead even after waiting 5 hours and when you call to check on them they keep you in a phone circle so you will give up

Long wait times but my #1 complaint is the complete void of customer service/friendliness in the ER. Ive never seen it so consistently bad anywhere else.
I had an MRI done and they sent it out to review (without my knowledge, permission or informing me) to a second party that was out of my network causing me to pay both in market and out of market deductibles.
This place is a joke! Where is the COMPASSION? Not every person that comes in is looking for a high or whatever you guys think. Been waiting in the er for 6 hours, it’s not really their fault, the population has probably quadrupled since this one was built. Once again, just another problem created by enticing non working, unemployable people to the area without thinking about infrastructure.
The Er is always over packed when I’m there. It is also one of the dirtiest hospitals I’ve seen. Some staff members are attentive while others seem to have bad attitudes and service.
Find another hospital if possible and STAY AWAY. Terrible experience years ago with a heart cath. My family has been instructed even in an emergency to take me ANYWHERE but here.

Absolutely horrific. The ER Dr. Subjected patient, in for a psych evaluation/potential suicide watch, to a lecture on morality before discharging (5 pointless and stressful hours later). Was left in a tiny, dirty room with huge patches of paint missing and forced to wait hours after told help would not be received.
Wait times in the ER are absurd regardless of the emergency. Spent over 5 hours waiting each time I’ve been there. Majority of the staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly. I will not be seeking any medical attention from this place again. Absolutely terrible all around.

Been waiting in the er for 6 hours, it’s not really their fault, the population has probably quadrupled since this one was built. Once again, just another problem created by enticing non working, unemployable people to the area without thinking about infrastructure.
The Er is always over packed when I’m there. It is also one of the dirtiest hospitals I’ve seen. Some staff members are attentive while others seem to have bad attitudes and service.

Absolutely horrific. The ER Dr. Subjected patient, in for a psych evaluation/potential suicide watch, to a lecture on morality before discharging (5 pointless and stressful hours later). Was left in a tiny, dirty room with huge patches of paint missing and forced to wait hours after told help would not be received.
