I HAD ISSUE WITH THE READING OF MY METER , BUT BRITTANY IN THE OFFICE TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL .
I’ve had nothing but good dealings with ECCFWSD. Friendly to talk to, website is easily navigable & bills are easy to pay online.
Hard to get a hold of them, water is off all the time and they don’t notify you, rude on the phone, sometimes they estimate readings because they’re too lazy to get to our meter so I’m pretty sure we’re always overcharged. Hate them.
Zero stars, they don’t charge the proper amount for the water you use. My lake house is not used and bill varies and is as expensive, and is as much as my neighbor’s bill who lives there full time. Bad
