Terrible customer service at front desk. Asked a simple and understandable question and was laughed at by a very rude lady at the front counter! Called before I came and was told coin machine was working and came over to find out it was broken! Not the only time I have been inconvenienced by this bank.
Worst bank to have your money in. I didn’t like it. Too much hassle. It’s more simple to use chase,BBVA, wells Fargo bank. They have better customer service and more options to manage your money.
