  1. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I was getting help with getting a new credit card and the front desk lady was making snide comments and rolled her eyes when I didn’t have my stolen credit card… I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, but it’s uncalled for nevertheless.

  8. Called for a idea of a payoff. They don’t know the difference of a payoff. Less credits most banks s prorate if a customer has accident and health added to original loans. Left side don’t know what the right is doing and they question what accident and health insurance means.

  16. I’m not sure why other people have had such a bad experience. I have always found them helpful and have always been able to reach someone. I use EECU for several things. Much better than working with large banks.

  19. Service and communication with the mortgage department ( manger and loan officer) was terrible. Emails were left in answered, phone calls scheduled and never received the calls. Stopped our loan process with EECU. Disappointed to say the least.

  21. Echoing pretty much what everyone is saying here: take your auto loan business elsewhere. This company is a nightmare to deal with. I’d pay a higher rate elsewhere to not have to deal with them, and I pay my statements on time. I couldn’t imagine how this company would treat someone who doesn’t.

  30. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Have been with EECU for over 20 years, financed 2 cars, never a problem. Even when I overdraft they waived the fees. I would recommend them to all.

  31. Fraudulent insurance charges. I’ve submitted my insurance through different means several times based on the letter sent since the loan was executed.
