Long waiting time snd communications are poor
No working AC. Appointment was over an hour and half wait. Unexceptional. Need to stop taking appointments if they can’t handle it.

I’ve never been seen on time. Literally every appointment was usually around 2 hours of sitting in the waiting room.
The staff was great, waiting time was minimum for both times I visited the office and for the procedure.
Do yourself a favor and find another Doctor. They have the nurse practitioner assist you and it is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! She thinks she’s a doctor. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!!!

I’m sure it’s a great place but I had a horrible experience. Due to my insurance, the upfront lady told me the day before appointment she would call them to make sure it covers everything and she also told me she would call me if they didn’t accept me. She ONLY called me to confirm. So I went for no reason.
These bad reviews are petty and ridiculous . Dr. Carp, Dr. Tune (retired) , the nurses and staff are consummate professionals. They saved my life. They saved my wife’s life.
