Elpaso Pediatric Associates are top notch. Dr. Joseph H. Segapeli has been our primary doctor there at the Westside location for the past 11 years. I would highly recommend this office to all parents looking for people that do care about your children.

I’ve taken my daughter there since she was born. The doctors are very professional. It is a great place because they have several Doctors and if yours is in vacation or at the other location you can choose to see one of the others.
I’m always hesitant about taking my baby to new doctors but my experience with this office was great! The nurses and staff are very nice and welcoming and Dr. Garza is amazing!! 🙂

Front counter staffis not very friendly or welcoming. Our appointment was at 3:15 didn’t get seen until 4:50. We were there at 3 left at 5:15 for a 15 min check up. Prefer urgent care on Redd Road for any issues with my child.

I have taken all three of my children to this office and if I am unable to to see their specific doctor, I can still trust to see another one of the Pediatricians in the office. They have all treated my children well and take the time to listen and observe to give great care attention.
I am always able to contact a doctor using the portal and am able to get an appointment within 24 hours when my daughter is sick. I also get preauthorizations in a timely manner when my daughter needs to see a Specialist. I also am able to see a different provider if my primary physician is out of town.

My daughter was a patient since birth, now her children are there. Dr segapeli listens to the kids, is thorough and engaging. When a substitute for him is needed I see the same thoroughness.

I’ve been taking my children here for 2 years now and it always a great experience short wait times! We are in and out in about 1 1/2 hours or less! We see Dr Kronfol and she always addresses our concerns! We’ve had to see Dr Herrera and Dr Garza and both a wonderful as well!
Great customer service! I Love our pediatrician! I came here when my son was born… then I moved away for a few years. I came back to El Paso and HAD to come back to this clinic.
