Not responsive to a live power line being down in our drive way. Notified them 3 hours ago and still no response. We can not leave our house and we were spoken to very condescendingly over the phone. When someone gets electrocuted, maybe they will triage priority better.
They charge what they want if you put a large sum of money in your bill all of a sudden ur bill is supper high then when the money is almost gone or is gone your bill goes back down to what they call a normal bill and when they hang lights up for the holidays ur bill also increase they do what they want when they want to
