Been in my new house less than 20 days, tries to set up a new payment plan which I thought had worked and they turned off our water without notice.
Charges are not acceptable, I tried too many things ( not using the sprinklers, no water use for more than 2 weeks which I was out from the house for a trip ) and the funny things bill still goes up , I don’t know how they calculate it , but this pissed me off for real and nobody helps

These people are terrible, the customer service is horrible. On a second note The EVMWD has made 2 mistakes on our account on their end that they have admitted and we are stuck paying the charges. The mistakes they think they can just add on this is $4000 in mistakes in two years.

Wow, I’m surprised to see this place catch as much s$#% as is on here. I had a water issue that was my fault and they’ve been super kind and supportive in customer service.
