During the historic ice storm, February 2021, we did NOT lose our water! We do not need to boil before usage! They say you only get what you pay for, and in this case, water is worth the cost. Thanks be to God and the EFUD!

I paid my bill on a Saturday so that my water service wouldn’t be closed on a Tuesday but they still shut off my water. I keep calling the company and I’m not getting anybody to pick up the phone. I’m not exactly sure what to do!
Horrible they do not answer there phone….what kind of company is that our subdivision needs to make a change on our water provider. been calling them everyday no answer FOR THE LAST WEEK …it rings and them hangs up. REALLY!!!
We lost water for four days during the freeze then got hit with a $600 water bill. The next month the bill was $40. How do you not have water for almost a week and end up with a massive bill ? No busted pipes or leaks.
I know im getting ripped off but cant do anything about it. Why is that? U can choose cable companies, electric companies, but then tell me this the only water company I can go through. Im getting $200 water bills. Then when I actually get them there due. Poor customer service. We need to come together and stop this madness!
