  7. The tellers at this branch need to get rid of their negative attitudes and learn how to speak to the customers with respect. Every single time I go to this branch I get spoken to by a teller as if they are above me. Today a teller was so rude it pushed me to cancel my cc with them.

  15. I’ve been a member for close to five years now and I don’t have any complaints. Banking with them has been nothing short of amazing. We have several accounts (from check to savings to auto loans) and each and every member representative has been a joy to work with.
