The tellers at this branch need to get rid of their negative attitudes and learn how to speak to the customers with respect. Every single time I go to this branch I get spoken to by a teller as if they are above me. Today a teller was so rude it pushed me to cancel my cc with them.
I love this bank. Everyone is very friendly. However, I wish they had more offices so they can take care of the overwhelming number of members they have. I also wish their app accepted checks to deposit.
Poor customer service AND they keep claiming they never received my loan payment even AFTER I sent proof from my checking acct that it came out. Then Glen Booth BLOCKED me from replying back to him via the app. I will be switching banks and I urge everyone else to do the same. This is just getting ridiculous with them.

I’ve been a member for close to five years now and I don’t have any complaints. Banking with them has been nothing short of amazing. We have several accounts (from check to savings to auto loans) and each and every member representative has been a joy to work with.
I’ve been banking with them over a year now and I have not had any problems. I actually refinanced my car with them last month and got a better rate than I was paying.
