Had to call after hour emergency line. The gentleman was awesome to take time away from his family, just to come and help. He was very understanding and very helpful. Kudos to you sir. Thank you.
Rebecca needs a serious attitude adjustment. In no way should she be working around people or with the public. Talks down, talks over, extremely rude. Too bad Lenore left because she was so wonderful. What a downward spiral this place has taken. Shame on you. Do better, be professional.
