Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We have radiology services on-site, including mammography, ultrasound, plain film, echocardiogram and bone density. We also offer lab services on-site. At Encompass Medical Group, all of our services are patient-centered, team-based, and focused on your specific needs. Dr Mahon is the most caring physician I’ve ever known. And I’ve managed 100s of physicians over 40 years. Always on time. Always thorough. Always up to date. An enjoyable experience. Hope he never retires.

I have been going to this place for the last 3.5 years and have had no problems in fact this is only place I will listen to what the doctor has to say they talk to you not at you like most other places. I have told multiple people that they need to start going here.

They have been my Dr. Office for almost 30 years. Me and my parents. When I need them the most..they leave me to fight my battles alone. They expect me to pay more and pass my health issues to someone else.. sad after all these years that I have to start over. I guess I didn’t spend enough money to get treated with respect.
Never had a problem with staff or doctor. All were polite and professional.
Called lee summit office on hold over an hour no one ever picked up. Lenexa office tried twice both times said disconnected. Tried third time recording says 1 call ahead sat there another 20 min. What good is insurance. Did encompass close? Now at care clinic over an hour.
Dr Mahon is awesome , kind and thorough
I’m in good hands with Dr. Suttmoeller. He explains everything in detail and is a great listener. I follow him wherever he’s located. He always comes in with a great smile. I would highly recommend him!
Horrible ‘patient care’ …… if I could give them a negative rating I would. Loved the doc, but the nursing staff is the PITS. No concern for patient state .. just seem to be checking boxes carelessly. Unless you like being treated like less than human- keep shopping. DONT STOP HERE !!!!!!!!

I was treated with kindness and professionalism by my doctor, his nurse and his nurse practitioner. My doctor always listens to my concerns and asks if I have any questions or concerns. His new nurse practitioner was so gentle and kind they all made me feel well cared for and supported.
