Dr. Duick is the best thyroid specialist/endocrinologist in the United States.
The staff is nice but the PA assistant not so nice I had to wait for an hour before I could see the PA assistant never saw the doctor. Two appointments I’ve had to wait for an hour very disappointed in everything. Not going back

Friendly, clean h safe despite COVID. Very time efficient, knowledgeable staff, accept most insurances, easy toreach staff by phone, now offering telemedicine appointments.
Just simply terrible service when trying to get refills on prescriptions. Saw the doctor a month ago and go to get a refill and it gets declined by the doctor to where you have to spend part of your day hunting down someone to do their job.
Getting in contact with these people is almost impossible. Average effort to schedule an appointment includes four to five calls, two or three voicemails, and usually about a week before it’s finally done. Then expect at least a month to see your doc.
Good experiences on 3 separate visits over 9 months. Staff helpful in getting us flexible visits as we drive a long way for appts. Dr. Reddy very thorough and when your turn takes the time you need to get issues sorted out, worth waiting if running late. Onsite lab and ultrasound services convenient. Very satisfied.
