Never received calls. Scheduled an appointment nearly three months ago then re-assigned me to another doctor just one week before the procedure.
If you want to call them? No one will take your calls.
So disappointed with the office ineptness. Booked an appointment 3 months ago for this coming week but they failed to confirm my insurance was under network and of course it is not so I need to reschedule with another provider a few months down the road again.
This place is poorly managed. This is my 3rd visit for procedures and each time I’ve waited more than an hour past my appointment. To make matters worst,they want you to show up an hour before your appointment. Terrible service.

This was my first time having the procedure and I was freaked out. Luckily I had the best experience ever. Jennifer assured me that everything was going to be ok and bundled me up in 2 blankets.
