  1. Power outage and it takes over 45 mins to speak to an actual person!!! And they dont know what the problem is!!! No information!!! No help!!! And no answers!!!!!

  3. The automated system sucks when you need to talk to a human being. You’re always directed through all these damn prompts and never get anyone to answer. This is a complete disregard for customer service.

  4. My daughter has been trying to get power to her house for over 5 weeks . Every time you schedule someone to come out , they look at it and say two to three weeks ! No one will tell you what day they will come out or even if they are coming ! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!

  7. I have tried for three days to pay a bill on the automated line. I don’t know why, but the automated voice said the cc# wrong even though I typed it in correctly. I’ve also tried to call the office, and no one has answered the phone. This is super frustrating. I can’t always go through the drive thru.

  16. Josh was absolutely wonderful in getting my propane tank set and hooked up. He guided me through the steps of using my propane fireplace as this was the first one I have had. Kudos Josh!!

  17. I’m having a problem with my electric going dim and bright again Everytime the wind blows. I tried calling the emergency power outage number and of course no one is there to answer a phone. The live chat is useless to but it says “we’re here to help you 24 hours a day”. Worst company ever.

  22. I’d give them less than one star if I could. I moved into my house that has this company as my power company for almost 2 years now, and it’s almost a monthly occurince that the power goes out and will be off almost the entire day. Wish I could get Duke Power back as my provider. Not happy with this company what so ever.

  25. We are extremely happy with the excellent customer service and the technician, Ted Newton. We had a different propane company and Energy United excels in every aspect over them. Ted explained everything he did and answered all our questions.
