Opening an account requires DL, SSN and DOB. A little overboard on personal information that can be compromised at anytime. they do have the monopoly on services in Great Falls so you are SOL.
Apparently cant schedule a shutoff over the weekend even though they answer the phone and could easily take a note. If you cant do anything then just get an answering machine rather than pay someone to do the same thing that not answering the phone accomplishes.
