5mbps is the best thing they provide where I live and it’s horrible if etc is the only provide here they should at least be able to provide decent connection
aids internet… Let me just replace your modem, it will be fine…. only for a couple of days. Also when you complain to them about your internet they say fixed but it just got worse

10megs a second i guess isn’t enough.. ive seen it peak at 40 and higher here and there.. your holdin out on us.. meanwhile down the road im sure you got 1gig of internet no problem .

The internet speed with ETC allows me to use the tos trading platform with no issues at all. I have no problems streaming movies and so far tbe customer service has been really great.
Works great! Only thing I would like to know how much data I!m using. Need to develop a unlimited rate as kids visit on week ends and really drain it. It would be nice to be able to stream all movings for my smart tv .
We have worked with ETC’s Web Services team and found them to be very professional and responsive. We were under a tough deadline to get some special pages built and Matt S. their Web Applications Developer did an outstanding job of understanding what we needed and got it done FAST!

Then the Scotts came to install my service during the storms and were awesome and made sure they left no mess (and even took all the old cable off my house from previous service). A+
