By far the worst hospital EVER! My mother was taken here with stroke symptoms – slurred speech, drooping lip and elevated blood pressure. Their diagnoses – Dizziness and giddiness(are you kidding me). We immediately took her to Baylor Dallas where they kept her for 6 days – diagnoses Stroke!
These people treat you like you are a person and they care. The doctors and nurses take time to make sure you get the best care for your needs.
Worst hospital in the area. Staff is extremely unprofessional, doctors are rude, and everyone is lazy. We were told our paperwork was done and we were ready to be discharged but after 20 minutes we asked again and was told while we were done “everyone was busy with emergencies” despite just needed paperwork handed to us. NEVER AGAIN.

Dirty sheets on the bed I was given in the ER. Came here for severe pain and left without ANY PAIN MEDICATION. The staff is unprofessional and ready to rush you in and out. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I was misdiagnosed by Baylor in Waxahachie within 5 hours of being discharged i was brought in by ambulance was almost immediately admitted received a proper diagnoses and Dt Mitz and all yhe nursing staff was amazing. Coukd really tell everyone cared and my 4 day stay in the hospital was great.
I don’t know who my doctors and nurses were but they helped me through the scariest thing I’ve experienced I loved the help so much and I want to pay them back somehow

I had a wonderful experience here, if that can be said of an E.R. visit. The gentleman that checked me in was nothing but professional and helpful. There was a new Nurse in training and she was so sweet. You can tell she was nervous about having to stick me for an I.V. but she did just fine. Thanks for making me feel better!

Waited in lobby with sick people coughing for over an hour with a newborn for a routine lab. Only 3 other people in lobby when we checked in, and some were not here for labs. Multiple people checked in well after us and went back to lab before we did. Were told we were next but ended up waiting for another 15 minutes.
