  1. The reason for my dislike is that they need competition to keep the prices down.. they have a monopoly on Natural Gas Supply… They need to be Challenged… Hopefully one day another Natural Gas Company will make that happen…

  4. Rude receptionist. The whole accounting system for enstar is screwy. When u call the number on web site all u get is automation talk. U can’t talk to any human. Even when u wait on the phone or dial 0.

  5. Ridiculous hours make it impossible to go in unless you take time off from your job. The only reason they can get away with it is because they are the only gas utility. Another reason AK’s utilities laws should change. No utilities have any competition so they pull whatever BS they want and set high prices!

  20. Not sure what else to say. I don’t experience outages, and if you pay your bill on time, everything just works. Weird to give a utility company a five star rating but there’s no real reason to give it less unless you just want to complain about pricing.
