  2. Everything was better before they got bought by ent. The staff is the same but they can’t answer the phones. The temperature is ok but of frustrating by peers.

  5. I do not know why they schedule appointments. Arrived about 10 mins early and now over an hour past appointment time and still waiting! Very very poor scheduling, if you wait a few mins 10- 15 is one thing but 70+ mins and nothing said. They need to be paying me to wait on them at this point!

  9. I love Ent & Allergy of Delaware . My Doctors are Dr Gregory Marcotte and Dr Neil Hockstein. They both are excellent and take great care of me for sinus , allergy and asthma . Love the office staff at both offices . The nurses and staff are wonderful!!

  11. Staff is slow, has poor communication skills, and unprofessional. I spent 5 mins with the doctor and was there for 1 hour. I didn’t feel like a valued costumer. The central customer booking is no better. They are after your money and don’t care about you as a customer.

  12. Yet another doctor that runs unnecessary tests to run up a huge bill. I came in for vertigo, so I got a very simple treatment for that – and they also did an extensive hearing test that had nothing to do with my condition. “Do no harm” also includes financial abuse.

  14. Went in for an earache and they found cancer. if it wasn’t for the ruptured ear drum from a totally unrealted issue the cancer would not have been caught. Their office is always busy and yes not always on time you may have to wait but I owe them my life. The doctors care and are there for you.

  26. My personal experience has been excellent each time I’ve gone; the wait time has been no more than 10 minutes and Dr. Hockstein has been extremely professional and caring. As far as communicating with the office, it is a little harder but I’ve always received a prompt call back and most of the office staff is welcoming and courteous.
