They’ve been trying to get me to pay a “missed appointment fee” for 5 months now even though we called and cancelled early. Apparently it’s ok to charge people for nothing. Never going back.

Bate and switch on pricing. Was told one price but then it came to the bill, it was twice as high and blamed me for not listening. Make sure you get co-payments and costs upfront. Too bad the billing department was as good as the Dr.
Masks are not required by the staff here. It is very disappointing. I ended up cancelling all future appointments and will be moving my records to a better and more intelligent provider.
Wonderful experience over the last 3 years at both locations. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Allergy and surgery processes were straight forward. Would recommend to anyone.
Dr. Hoisington is very professional and knowledgeable. He did my septoplasty and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the results. I also receive allergy shots and have been treated courteously by everyone at the office.

We’ve been seeing Dr Hoisington for over 25 years. He fixed my reoccurring need for nasal surgery and has me on a daily routine to stay out of surgery. We find he and his staff friendly and professional. I have referred others to this practice and will gladly continue to do so.
