Their billing department is a joke. They don’t answer the phone. Recording says they are “in training” to better assist me. Will never go to this radiology center again.
Their “office manager” Brooke was very disrespectful on the phone when we were attempting to move her CT scan to Ft Collins. She said it wasn’t her job to help us with that. When I asked to speak with her boss she laughed and said she was the boss and to have fun calling corporate. I did call corporate.

Best experience having a MRI yet. Victor the Radiologist Technician was very accomodating and patient. Made this very uncomfortable procedure actually end up amazing.
Best experience we have ever had with an imaging center. My husband and I both needed some imagining so we went in for an MRI, CT and Mammogram. The staff was excellent from start to finish. I will request all our future imaging needs at Frisco Envision.
