ER department: Very horrible experiences with the majority of the staff and Doctors.
If I was bleeding out and about to die, id have a better chance of surviving driving to Danville.
Very outdated building and equipment with rude doctors. The nurses are nice though.

We are new to the area and to Kentucy. We have made two visits to the ER and both times were well cared for by both nurses and doctors.
I love it now it’s gotten better from the past way things were so I give it 5 star rating I got in fast than before and better service hands down no matter what people are saying they just went on a bad busy not not all days are gonna be spot on perfect
Came in here unable to breathe, I’ve been sitting here for an hour and they haven’t done a damn thing. I could sit at home and have the same experience. The upside is the respiratory specialist, he was the best.
Stay away from the ER unless you need Narcan or have a stomach bug. The nurse’s are great… The Dr’s on the other hand are completely useless!!!!
This is by far the worst hospital to go to. 2 hours in the waiting room and 5 hours and counting to get out. This is godly awful. If I could give them no stars, I would.

There is only one other hospital that is this bad. I have been here for over an hour nothing has been done and my call light has been on for almost 30 minutes. The doctors and nurses are just sitting at the desk doing nothing. Every nurse that walks by ignores the light. I’ll never come here again.
