  1. Half hour waiting on the phone for someone to answer. The entire time you have to listen to this recording of a woman with a nasally voice repeating over and over the same messages, she doesn’t shut up! I’d take elevator music over that voice any day, talk about torturing customers!

  2. Matters don’t always work out when life throws things at you; but they are a logically fair business. They will work with you, if you work with them. They have a book they go by, and it’s available to read on their site, so I can’t complain about “fairness.”

  3. They can not turn off security alerts every time I log into my account to enter a meter reading or pay my bill. They claim it “qualifies as a sevurity alert”. How rediculous, its just a water bill for goodness sake.

  4. Water was shut off at 9 am with no warning but they could install temporary signals in advance for the conrtractor doing the work, almost felt I woke someone up when I called to inquire what was going on. Too bad I can not leave one star.

  7. Water has been spilling into the street going on it’s fourth day now. When I called to report it I was told they were aware of it and may be today or tomorrow somebody would come out to fix it. I guess water usage is not important to Erie County.
