Treated family.poorly.
They fix me when I’m sick.
👎🏾 …
Professional, dedicated doctors and nurses. Excellent care.
Fast friendly Caring help went in pain left feeling better ….. 👳♂️ …
Friendly staff does a great job of treating banged-up hikers!
Horrible emergency room.. horrible doctors.. Scott chew is a joke. I’ll never ever go to Estes Park medical center again.
Fantastic ER staff! Everyone from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was courteous and professional.
Fantastic caring people Small facility so they dont have some of the expensive specialized equipment but they have been able to provide everything we have needed for 30+ years including a couple major surgeries .
I would go there agin
Thank you for helping me to get better I appreciate all of the friendly nurses who take care of me while I was there thanks so much to Kevin and Sarah Kevin is my favorite nurse ever.
Entire staff at EPMC is helpful, competent and caring. Our whole family has received care here and each time has been a great experience.
Very friendly courteous staff from walking in the door to back out! So much faster than any hospital I have ever been to. Thanks for taking care of us!
Great place. Wait times are fast. Staff is friendly. Clean facility. Accepts Medicaid. Highly recommend this over Salud Family Health!
Rudest receptionist in cardio that I have ever spoken to in my life. Will avoid the place at all cost which is unfortunate because the doctors and facility could be amazing but I’ll never know.
All ER personnel, except the doctors, have wonderful bedside manner. The only complaint I have pertain directly to the doctor’s themselves. The doctors are extremely rude/ insensitive and disrespectful.
I sure hope you don’t ever have to contact billing department here! Left 5 voicemails over the past 3 weeks and not a single one was responded too! My insurance even tried contacting them…
Absolutely the best care! Doctors are extremely knowledgeable, short wait times, all the specialties you need and excellent bedside manners. They treat you with respect and kindness.
Took my 18 month old in to the ER over concerns about his breathing and the entire staff was fantastic. We were seen very quickly and everyone was very kind.
Excellent care and outstanding staff! They took appropriate action when I brought my wife to emergency care! Within 5 minutes she was helped, throughout her stay all the personal was extremely friendly and caring!
Dr. K, the nursing staff, and even the phlebotomist is well worth the hour and a half drive I make to see them when I could go somewhere else thats only 15 mins from me. THATS how well they treat me at Estes!
Like other reviewers here, the initial experience wasn’t terrible, but the bill was OUTRAGEOUS. For a minor infection, it cost $1200 to walk through the door, and $200+ for simple labwork that usually costs maybe 30 bucks at a doctor’s …
They tried to charge me an insane amount when I have one of the best insurances out there. Sent it to a collections agency? About to sue yall as I have proof of wrongful charge
ER promptly diagnosed a life threatening condition with my wife, then transported her to Loveland for special surgery. Back to EPH ER when complications developed. Promptly diagnosed a new issue. They kept my wife for a couple days and …
The Emergency Room Doctor didn’t provide any care for my very painful and disabling condition. I was treated poorly and sent away when I had an injury. I am very disappointed that he didn’t conduct any tests to find out what was wrong with me or how he could help. I had to leave there upset and in tremendous pain.
Thanks to the staff at the Medical Center for your friendly and cheerful attitude. I could tell everyone enjoyed their jobs and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Sarah who made an extra effort to assure my comfort.
On vacation…Sunday night…around 11 p.m. we brought our 10 year-old in to ER with severe ear pain. The staff was friendly, prompt and thorough. In and out in 30 minutes with meds and a much happier child and a relieved parent.
Estes Park Health was my only option for medical treatment on a Saturday night. After a 15 minute visit, I was charged $1500. They took advantage of my situation. I am only posting this review after receiving letters asking for donations from the Estes Park Health Foundation. I am disgusted and I would not recommend them.
They will fraudulently bill you for services not rendered over a year after an ED visit (6/2019) for your child when you haven’t been remotely near them for the reported date of service (7/2020??)They do not have patient advocates and they do not respond quickly to their billing errors. Avoid them if you can.
Not sure why my name is coming up as Ashlee – I’m Brenda 🙂 However, I was in Estes Park on vacation and was injured…taken to the Estes Park Medical Center and was admitted for two days. I cannot thank the staff enough – from the ER to the specialists – everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and compassionate. Thank you!!
Our insurance is suppose to cover x Ray’s but hospital will not work with our insurance when we got over charged for x Ray’s. We got charged for hospital visit, when we went directly to x ray department directly. Insurance saying since it’s …
I was transported here following an automobile accident while visiting Estes Park. I can’t say enough good things about ALL the emergency responders. Thank you to Dr. Brian Elliott who calmed me down as well as ensured I was physically OK. …
I am receiving bills from a Texas Company for an item I was given at Estes Medical Center over a year ago from Dr Florence! Why am I responsible for this?! Will never return to this Hospital! I also give Dr Florence a poor rating!
Terrible. My girlfriend went to the ER for severe abdominal pain. The “nurse” was trying to find a vein for an IV. She tried twice and started CURSING that she couldn’t find a vein. She gave up and left. Another “nurse” ( I think they are …
Experience was very positive until I received the bill. Needed some minor stitches at the ER since of course nothing else is open in town. I would call it highway robbery and the most expensive 1 hour I’ve ever had to experience. If it’s not life threatening, suggest driving to Longmont or Boulder even if you have insurance.
This was the only facility available for me on a Sunday. I also found the experience positive until I got the bill. It was $1600 just to walk in the door with additional charges for the treatment of a minor fracture taking less than an …
Do not use if you have Kaiser. They charged me almost $800 for just a doctor’s visit. I did get a separate bill for $600 for x-rays. It would have been cheaper to go to the ER than go to this clinic. Kaiser patients use timberline they are …
Giving 1 star because first off I had a pregnancy emergency and the ER staff was horrible the EMT could even get the needle in my arm. He left my arm black and blue and you could see where the needle went in. The little nurse was so rude …
Can’t pay contract employees on time, sometimes weeks after work was done and invoices submitted to payroll department.

Went to CO for the long weekend with my boyfriend and unfortunately ended up here due to severe bronchitis. I originally went to UC Longmont’s ER that morning and they weren’t helpful, which led to a second ER visit. The most caring, …
TWO WORDS: PRECISION CARE to top to bottom. This hospital is staffed with providers that are as personable as they are professional. Our vacation to Estes Park was interrupted by an emergent situation requiring surgery. Each person we …
If you type in “urgent care” into Google maps, this place shows up. Unfortunately they charge hospital prices. The average price for an urgent care visit is $100-$200, this place billed me for $1228.00 for a 15 minute visit. Even after …
Had to get stitches and the staff was pretty lit. They were all really chill and super nice. The doctor was really cool about my stitches even tho I had to get them for a stupid reason, but didn’t make feel dumb😂. The doctor looked like one …

5 star hospital!!! We were in and out so fast, doctor and nurse were amazing we got the best care needed for our little one and even got a follow up call to make sure she was doing better! Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and TLC!!!
Opportunistic billing, abusive charges for no medical treatment provided, and no response from billing department after one week of multiple attempts. I am being charged $1,600 for a brief visit to the ER due to some breath shortness. In …
For years I have counted on the self pay lab to check thyroid levels every 2 months. Insurance only pays for twice a year. Out of the blue, they changed their policy and the tests are no longer allowed. Now I have to drive an hour for the …
Can’t leave zero stars but would if I could. Refuse to work with out of state medicaid. Was referred to “big city” hospital as they could not handle problem. High pressure high interest loan because they “can’t accept out-of-state” medicaid. I had to get my state medicaid office to get involved.
Had the WORST ER experience here. What kind of doctor makes a stage 4 cancer patient’s wife BEG for pain medicine for her husband?? One of the worst parts is being a local, and reminded of it everytime you see the building, or honestly …
I came into the E.R. with flank pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The nurses and doctors were extremely nice and helpful. I was thinking they could stop the symptoms, give me some fluids and I could rest up and work that night. My illness had …
Worthless staff (including doctor) and billing “practices.” Dr. John Meyer is truly worthless. He came to my room for quite literally 1 minute. I diagnosed myself and he said “sure let’s go with that.” Never to be seen again. …
I want to thank every staff member that took care of my daughter. I only wish I could take these very fine people home to our hospital. Dr. Elliot stayed an hour longer to make sure my daughter was good enough to be release. I want …
The best hospitality I have ever had from any kind of hospital. Great people. In the minute you are getting in a wander full lady will assist you. I forgot to ask her name, she is an angel. On the top at the office some ladies helped us a …
I understand the phones are crazy busy, so all the more reason to allow your patients to schedule appointments via the UCHealth app. This way the people answering the phones are not overwhelmed and we aren’t on hold for 15min+.
Wonderful facility! Our daughter was ill on vacation and the urgent care clinic was closed. We called and they connected us with a triage nurse at Estes Park Medical Center, who then connected us with a Pediatrician, Megan Ross. Dr. Ross …
Papa fell and hit his head on a rock at the National park we were seen immediately by doctor Leigh and a nurse named George care that was given was over the top we were just visiting the area and they went out of there way to help us find …
Brought my wife in for an ER visit, they acted as if they had no idea what was going on. Offered very little help or advice, and basically just said we should give her medicine. Charged almost $3,000. Have been trying to get ahold of the billing department for almost a month, to no avail.
Dr Daley and Dr. Fonken cared for my daughter in an outstanding manner! Upon her first visit to ER, she was dismissed without even an assessment of ANY kind! This could have proven to be a deadly mistake. Within two hours, my daughter was …
Had an MRI yesterday, Tuesday 12/14, and have to say Mary, the MRI tech was nothing less than spectacular. She was so kind and helpful. Her “area”, the MRI room, restroom and changing area were exceptionally clean and neat. Thank you Mary, it did not go unnoticed. 😁 …
I was admitted for observation due to a lung problem. I have been in many hospitals in the past and found everyone that I worked with at EP Health, to be fabulous. They were very accommodating and helpful. The doctor, Dr, Epstein, was …
First of all I want to say thank you to nurses that took care of me during my stay here, It was most unfortunate that I even had to go to the hospital when I visited Estes Park for my daughter’s wedding. But The E.R doctor and nurse took …
They sent my unpaid balance of $7 to the collection agency when we had already paid $2200 without contacting us first when we were still making payments. I can’t imagine. The billing department is horrible. They never returned the call and …
Service was fine once I got into the building. (Urgent care.) Severely understaffed, though. Takes up to three days to answer customer service calls. Took 3 days to get an appointment at the hospital to set a broken thumb with a referral from urgent care.
On August 5th I visited your ER as a patient. I had the good fortune to be helped by the team of Dr. Brian and Nurse Kerry. They both went the extra mile to accommodate me and assist me in all possible ways. Their outstanding care made my …
Dr Zehr and her MA/Nurse Kat are the BEST of the BEST. They have helped me tremendously over the years with my health care needs. The part I wanted to share on here, is that they both always give me encouragement in some way at each …
My daughter had a severe case of Covid while we were on vacation. It was a terrifying ordeal but nurse Collin at the Estes Park urgent care and nurse Zack in the ER were both so kind and competent. The great care from both front offices …
