After 14 years of service, our water was cut off after missing one payment!!
There was no notice–no phone message, email or snail mail! Thank goodness for the after-hours crew, Sam and friends, who saved the day!! They are 5*****

Overly rude on the phone. Daina might be the worst. My 63 year old mother just called up there and was asking simple questions yet she got nothing but attitude back from Daina. It was really hard to listen to and not jump on the line and ask that she use better phone manners. Unfortunately, we are forced to use this company!

I spoke prematurely about this company. I was upset over the high setup fee. $110 to initiate water at a location that already has water setup is absurd. Transferring account holders is not something that should cost an individual $110. …
