The Staff at Eugene Gastroenterologist was amazing. From the CNA, to the nurses, the check in processand the physician they treated me kindly and compassionately, were concerned about my comfort and explained each part of the procedure in an excellent way.
Dr. Lee listened to and answered every question. He’s pretty cool. I even learned some things. This visit was a telemed visit so it wasnt in person but it was very easy to connect. The slight delay made us talk over each other a bit but other than that it was a great experience.

Nurses and the doctor were friendly and treated me well. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the way the beds are situated. I felt uncomfortable with others in the beds across from me being able to see me. The nurses did not seem to realize that people could be uncomfortable with others watching them in a situation I was in.

The Staff at Eugene Gastroenterologist was amazing. From the CNA, to the nurses, the check in processand the physician they treated me kindly and compassionately, were concerned about my comfort and explained each part of the procedure in an excellent way.
Dr. Lee listened to and answered every question. He’s pretty cool. I even learned some things. This visit was a telemed visit so it wasnt in person but it was very easy to connect. The slight delay made us talk over each other a bit but other than that it was a great experience.

I felt uncomfortable with others in the beds across from me being able to see me. My visit today, by video, was everything I could ask for. The PA (Rebecca?) who I spoke with was pleasant, clear, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all my questions clearly and to my satisfaction. She took nearly a half hour, and set all my concerns to rest. Couldn’t ask for better.
